You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high quality customer services via e-mails and/or other communication tools;
  • Dealing with requests and making fast decisions;
  • Providing professional advice within the scope of your competence
  • May interact with other departments to ensure resolution of customer questions.

You are the excellent fit if You:

  • Competent oral and written speech in Swedish language (C1-C2);
  • Can communicate in English language;
  • Are both a sociable and friendly team member as well as independent task performer;
  • Are fast and able to work in a dynamic work environment;
  • Can work on the weekends when is needed
