Job Description

Open yourself to new possibilities and work with one of the leading electronics and information Technology Company! Join Webhelp as a Customer service Specialist in our Samsung Team!

Your responsibilities will be to support customers via calls, e-mails, and chats. You will provide remote technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung customers in Russian and Lithuanian languages.

Your colleagues will be from all Baltic countries! We are friendly, very people-oriented, and overall nice people to have on your team!

Requirements:

  • Fluent Lithuanian language in spoken and written (C1 language level)
  • Good English language skills in spoken and written (B1 language level)
  • Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
  • Interest in technology and good computer skills
  • Russian language knowledge will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities and work

  • Support customers via calls, e-mails, and chats
  • Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customers
  • Accuracy in data entry
