Handling product enquiries from the customer mainly via email and telephone calls (about 25 incoming calls per day)
Resolving data disputes via contact with data providers
Providing support to our on-line credit report access service
Handling credit report enquiries from the customer and dispatching relevant data and accompanying literary advice

What we expect

At least B2 level of English written and spoken language
Experience in customer support or similar positions
Good understanding of the banking or credit referencing industry would be a strong advantage
