Job description
- You will be our customers' first point of contact when they experience technical and other issues. Our mission is to help and solve them all. We are serving customers from Lithuania, the USA and Canada; thus, we are using email and chat systems to communicate with them,
- The company’s goal is to provide the best customer service experience and you will be our representative person to our customers,
- You will assist the Payments and Customer Service Team Lead,
- This role has a rotating schedule, two shifts: 16:00-3:00, 22:00-09:00,
- You will be applicable for a monthly bonus system, after the end of probation.
Requirements
- Excellent English and Lithuanian communication and writing skills;
- Ability to work both in the team and individually;
- Ability to cope with heavy workloads.
