Customer Success Project Manager

  • Overall responsibility of developing and monitoring the customer interaction model and experience
  • Develop systems, methods, tools to support customer interaction model, including Service Now solution
  • Organize customer interface with responsible Customer counterpart
  • Organize and document Client / MBS interaction (reviews / communication), including regular customer meetings
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and problems, define and prioritize corrective actions and development initiatives
  • Ensure customer feedback is received and validated, prepare and execute necessary action steps based on feedback
  • Maintain MBS Service Catalogue
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate the Service Performance in liaison with Operations Managers
  • Ensure understanding of business units, goals, landscape and translate that in customer service performance and experience
  • Work in partnership with Operations Managers and Team Leads, Global Process Owners and MBS Service Desk to ensure meeting the customer expectations for service level, quality and needed customer experience
  • Communication and cooperation with Business Finance Expertise Services team and Global Process Owners in relation to issues and development needs raised by customers
  • Monitor, ensure and update competence/learning requirements of process teams in relation to own customers changes & needs


  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar development positions or as team lead or project manager
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, skills in local language and some of the main Metso languages (Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Spanish) are an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding in applying customer experience in systems development
  • Understanding of finance operations and finance development
  • Knowledge and experience of applying Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other relevant project management methods in your previous work history
  • Relevant industry knowledge is an asset
  • Strong people management skills
  • Solutions oriented, problem solving skills
