Skycop.com is looking for a Claims Administrator to be a significant part of the Skycopers team!
As a Claims Administrator, you will be communicating with airlines, answering emails, and leading registered cases to get the client‘s compensation from the airline. We expect that you will develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
Requirements
Fluent English – both written and spoken
Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to details
Great communication skills
Effective team player with the ability to work independently
Bonus qualifications:
Previous experience working in the travel industry
Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language (level B2)
