- provides telephone and email based support to customers;
- provides industry leading levels of support to all customers at all times;
- assists with tracking and finding parcels;
- makes telephone calls to customers;
- provides feedback to the relevant teams to enhance products and services for clients;
- creates FAQ's and customer help documentation (in support of the website);
- provides support for an affiliate programme;
- handles claims and problem solve any issues with Amazon and Ebay;
- deals with any queries with customer orders;
- manages product returns;
- B2C marketing.

Tikimės šių savybių ir įgūdžių

- previous experience of providing customer support, especially telephone support;
- experience with Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and basic office administration tools;
- any exposure to Amazon / Ebay beneficial;
- recognise that customer satisfaction is a principle measure of our business;
- find practical solutions to customer problems with a definite “can do” attitude;
- fluent English language skills;
- experience in B2C marketing.
