Customer Support Representative

Job description

The main goal of a customer support representative is to serve customers in the USA by providing product and service information via phone, email or social media messaging and resolving product and service problems.

Main responsibilities:
1. Managing incoming calls, emails, messages and customer service inquiries
2. Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
5. Keeping up a service-minded attitude and being genuinely excited to help customers.


Excellent English (spoken and written)
Must be tech-savvy,
Effective communication and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Initiative and independent character
Experience in customer support would be considered a bonus.
