Job description

In this role you will:
● Communicate with our customers from all over the world with effective listening and problem
solving skills.
● Be passionate and strive to provide a second-to-none service with our customers.
● Demonstrate a clear ability to handle challenging situations.
● Organise support requests with customers via our support portal and with the UAB VIRPIL
team via Trello to resolve issues and queries as quickly as possible.
● Assist the UAB VIRPIL team with other auxilliary support tasks as required
● Monitor ongoing support cases ensuring that solutions are reached as quickly as possible.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
● Excellent communication skills to build a good rapport with our customer base.
● A strong understanding of the English language - fluency preferred.
● Russian language proficiency preferred but not required.
● The ability to solve problems, ask questions, and collect information to provide efficient
solutions.
● A high level of self motivation and positive work ethic with a dedicated team player attitude.
● Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
● Excellent Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Trello.
● Previous experience in customer service.
● Technical understanding of electronics/PC controller inputs is a bonus.

As a Customer Support Specialist at UAB VIRPIL you will be a primary point of interaction with our
customers. You will be dealing with queries, support requests and complaints over the phone and via
our dedicated support portal, delivering exceptional service every time to help build trust with our
specialised community.

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer requests, and working within the team to
ensure tickets are routed correctly and handled promptly with accurate information and to the
satisfaction of the customer. You will work closely with VIRPIL Controls team members from
Lithuania, Belarus and the United Kingdom
