Do you have a passion for helping people and solving problems? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team to help our Norway customers have the best experience using our services.

What you will do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will track and resolve customer’s outstanding issues, provide services trainings, analyse and communicate feedback in order to develop processes for better customer support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, provide resolutions;
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, account and billing questions, and other similar inquiries;
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers;
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers;
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally;
  • Constantly work on improving processes and services.


  • At least 1 year of customer support or related job experience;
  • Excellent English and Norwegian written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Passion for helping people;
  • A team player;
  • Good organizational skills, ability to set priorities;

What we consider as a plus:

  • Job experience in IT company;
  • Experience with help-desk systems;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, IT-related studies or English language.
