Job description

Here at Okeo we believe that exceptional customer experience is the core of any great product. We’re currently looking for our very first Customer Support Specialist to help us serve our customers and contribute to the creation of customer related processes and procedures. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service to the customers and want to make real impact and take ownership.
The role is based in our office in Vilnius.
Working hours: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Support Specialist
  • Providing Okeo customers with exceptional and customer-centric experience.
  • Providing support via email, phone and chat using modern Customer Support software.
  • Collecting, analyzing and sharing customer feedback with the rest of the organization.
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience, resolve issues effectively, further build Okeo product.
  • Collecting documents from customers to ensure compliance requirements are met successfully.
  • Owning client onboarding/off-boarding process.
  • Engaging in preparation of client related procedures in accordance with the requirements and regulations.
  • Contributing to the preparation of the Customer Support related processes, programs, and controls descriptions.
  • Supporting Customer Support team development, including recruiting and training activities of the Customer Support team.
  • Actively participating in development of the company’s payment platform in order to embed automated and manual controls and relevant processes.
  • Engaging in formulating business and functional requirements driven by the most recent Customer Experience and Customer Support trends, feedback collected from Okeo customers, and verification of their implementation.
  • Contributing to regulatory reporting process (e.g., complaint management and tracking).
  • Continuously evaluating and improving Customer related internal processes through analyses, process reviews and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer facing role preferably in a financial institution or payment services organization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (and Lithuanian or Polish) skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and passion for great customer experience.
  • Ability to handle client enquiries, complaints and explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
  • Strong feeling of ownership, ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Interest in customer experience/customer support trends.
  • Being open-minded and prone to employ automation and new technologies while cooperating with best-in-class technology experts.
  • Being a self-motivated team player who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Attention to details, analytical skills and effective priorities management.
