Job description

Fast growing e-commerce company in Vilnius is looking for a customer support specialist for resolving buyer inquiries in writing.

Your job would be to resolve customer inquiries via FreshDesk system (no experience required) by providing them relevant information from our internal CRM, external logistical systems, or just by sending relevant general information.

You would also be processing refunds and cancellations as applicable, and communicating with fulfillment employees.

Some queries will be in languages other than English, for example German, in such cases you will resolve them with the help of translator.


  • Fluent English Skills;
  • Good logical thinking to resolve problems in the best possible way;
  • Good computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office, Web;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Positive attitude, and willingness to go extra mile for the best outcome;
