We’re looking for somebody who knows how important customer interaction is and how to make even better.
Ever-growing and ultra-ambitious team is looking for a person who could give a hand on empowering excellent customer service as the biggest competitive advantage among A league players. As a company, we grow on a super fast pace, thus excellent customer service becomes a key element.

What You Will Do:
  • Schedule shifts, preferences, vacations, WFHs with compliance to the general rules;
  • Ensure and improve Quality Assurance (CSAT, response times, SLAs);
  • Support load predictions;
  • Run operational and quality reporting;
  • Provide leadership for support team members (selection, coaching, performance management, evaluation);
  • Performance level tracking and reporting;
  • Ensure smooth downtime crisis management.

What We Expect:
  • An empathetic leader, who has strong decision making skills and high level of autonomy;
  • 2 years of proven experience in customer support role;
  • Deep understanding of support operations and main quality metrics;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Experience in direct people management and leadership qualities;
  • Basic level understanding of VPN/Proxy services would be an advantage;
  • Savage sense of humor.
