FinTech Company is looking to hire a Full-Time
Customer support operator with competence in English and German

The company needs highly-qualified Customer support operators who will cater to clients from Germany and Italy (or clients speaking German and Italian).

Requirements

  • Competence in English and German;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science issued by an accredited college or university;
  • Experience in working with clients (support, account manager, etc.);
  • Ability to deliver the highest quality services;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience in IT is welcomed;
  • Strict attention to detail;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Experience in creating reports.

Competence in Italian would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • On-time addressing customer questions;
  • Control and monitoring of all changes associated with the products;
  • Detection of errors and problem areas of the customer service process;
  • Customer base management in the CRM system;
  • Answering phone calls from clients in a timely manner;
  • Providing consistent and excellent customer service experience;
  • Address customer service needs depending on clients’ descriptions. This can include (but is not limited to) the following tasks: Composing Emails, Scheduling Live KYC Verifications, Accepting KYC docs, Requesting Additional Information, and Answering 1st Level Support Questions.
