My name is Brian Schultz, and I am proudly heading Core Commerce Management team within Telia IT. I am excited about the change journey we have embarked on, and as we continue forward, I’m now going to recruit two Delivery Managers, who will be responsible for the deliverables within the Core Commerce domains across six countries.

The purpose of Core Commerce Management is to deliver common applications and modernize the product management, order handling, rating, revenue sharing, product assurance, marketing and campaign management to enable profitable exchange of goods and services. It includes all activities which directly or indirectly facilitate that exchange within the businesses

Your next opportunity?

As Delivery Manager, your main objectives are operational/tactical assignments and deliverables spearheading the implementing of the target Solutions cross different countries. The ongoing program is to deliver the solution to 5 countries safeguarding reuse, unification and execution power. The program is to deploy in a complex IT environment using scaled agile methodologies and ITIL framework.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for several deliverables e.g:

  • Operative Portfolio Management and execution
  • Prioritization and coordination across portfolios
  • Managing and optimizing deliverables to the stakeholder landscape (projects, ART’s etc)
  • Implement and develop IT modernization/solution families framework to fit the way of working including agile, DevOps and transformation using the scaled agile framework.
  • Transformational and consolidation assignments
  • Life cycle management planning and execution
  • Stakeholder management engagement and collaboration
  • Drive change through coaching and collaboration
  • Secure adherence to legal and security requirements as well as processes and regulations
  • Support the organization to secure low total cost of ownership through a clearly defined target architecture, efficient ways of working and technology

Your experience:

For this position, we are looking for someone seasoned with experience of working close to the commercial units balancing the end to end value between technology and business. Further you’re a strong communicator having experience in similar role being part of a high performing management team in a multi country setup.

Required Skills:

  • Strong capability to build relationships between people and between organizations
  • Self organized and structured
  • Analytic/tactical capability - use to handle portfolio and Kanban systems.
  • Technical domain knowledge and business acumen - understanding of requirements
  • Solid process mindset and understanding
  • Understanding large scale IT development with deliveries in complex environments using agile and scaled agile methods
  • Understanding large scale IT operations with high demands on stability and security
  • Dare to challenge the current “as-is” state, stress to simplify the complexity and deliver on our commitments to our stakeholders and customers
  • Experience of building software development organization.
  • Motivated, result oriented & proactive
  • Project/Program management skills
