Job description

  • Lead 10 employees team in Kaunas office
  • Current projects coordination and new projects development
  • Organize and monitor the activities of the team in order to increase the efficiency of team members and to meet time requirements of production on schedule, budget
  • Monitor, analyse and report trends in prices of purchased production as well as the selling prices
  • Plane budgets for each cost expenses in the projects
  • Provide executive leadership across the organisation
  • Develop an organizational environment that promotes positive motivated staff and high performance


  • At least 3 years work practice in similar position
  • Legislation on procurement, logistics and accounting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Work experience with textile products would be a big advantage
  • Proven leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Availability to travel to business trips
