EY is looking for team members to join our team to help enterprises across Europe in shaping and transforming the core of business processes and realize the potential making the business truly digital.
You are expected to work with our team in defining business path and practically implementing the digital transformation journey in the wide range of business process areas that of finance and accounting, supply chain, sales, production, assets management and people management by applying enterprise resource management and planning software (ERP) and wide range of business applications (e.g., from SAP, Microsoft):

- Core ERP solutions
- Profitability and Performance Management
- Enterprise Assets management
- Enterprise Business Analytics & Reporting
Your key responsibilities
- Learn new topics in business and technology consulting areas
- Effectively contribute to IT-enabled business transformation and technology consulting projects, with focus on SAP, Microsoft, or other ERP platforms
- Analyze and design business processes, develop information systems concepts, architecture, and design
- Ensure the automation creates business value
- Establish relationships with teams and client personnel
- Possess good business analysis skills

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally and grow
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
- University studies in progress or completed degree in economics, business management, fundamental sciences (information systems, mathematics, physics), engineering
- Language skills: English, Lithuanian
We expect you to have interest or, ideally, experience, in one or more of these:
- Business process analysis
- Linking business needs to digital enterprise building blocks
- Identifying the path from idea to operating solution
- Analysing technical solution alternatives and design
- Practically setting up parameters and configuring ready-made business software
