The role of Digital Marketing Manager is an essential role in Filippo Loreti's mission – to enable people to express their character through designer accessories at fair prices.

The role

Always thinking data first but with a keen eye for aesthetics and a creative streak, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage a team in multiple markets including the USA, Australia and the UK investigating audiences and finding opportunities for growth and optimization. They will also collaborate closely with the creative team to develop content for our global customer base (roughly 100 million people around the world).

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth you’ll manage a team across multiple markets and will come to know your audience inside out;
  • You will be managing a social media budget of up to one million euros a month;
  • You will grow digital acquisition and revenue and be directly responsible for driving traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, affiliate, display, remarketing, and paid social media;
  • You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting, managing the annual budgeting process, offering quantitative and data driven business recommendations;
  • You will maintain a constant level of optimization through performance analysis, A/B testing, customer segmentation, creative partnerships, landing page optimization and
more;
  • You will help drive digital innovation and serve as an internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity, and testing opportunities that help drive the business;
  • You will support digital strategies to drive brand growth from an omnichannel strategy;
  • You’ll develop acquisition campaigns and partnerships with help from the rest of your team.

We’re looking for someone with…

  • Four or more years digital marketing experience;
  • A business mind with a creative streak. We want you to be as fluent in numbers as you are in hashtags;
  • People management skills that are second to none. You’re a natural leader;
  • Exceptional understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and analytics, especially paid media (display, retargeting, social), as well as paid search and affiliates;
  • Fluency in English;
  • An international outlook with unshakeable team spirit.
  • Social media skills that come from being a digital native. You know your Snapchat from your Instagram;
  • Passion for growth and self development with a track record of challenging yourself;
  • Multiple promotions under your professional belt;
  • Experience managing $100,000+ monthly budgets for Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising is essential;
  • Technical degrees like physics, mathematics, economics, etc will be considered a benefit;
