E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER

Vilnius - UAB „People Link“

THE GOAL OF THIS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll have to create and launch a marketing service platform targeted at small online business merchants and e-shops to help them build digital marketing knowledge and skills. You'll have a lot of freedom to choose the form and content for the platform and will act as an owner of this project. You'll also have a chance to build your own team of a few people. Tasks for this position:
  • Create and oversee a business plan, manage a budget and plan resources;
  • Analyze the market and customer needs, take care of campaign optimization and pro-active measures to achieve the goals;
  • Manage Google, Facebook and other digital campaigns (from strategy to implementation);
  • The project will be launched in Lithuania and if it is successful - you'll have a chance to expand it on a Pan-Baltical level.

PLEASE APPLY IF YOU:

  • Have 2+ years of successful work experience in B2C digital marketing and e-shops;
  • Have experience with global and local media: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, major and niche local portals;
  • Have 2+ years of experience in team management (in-house or outsourced) would be an advantage;
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

Omniva has been using technology, digitalization and innovation to transform the traditional logistics market since 2014. This approach helps them record a significant yearly growth of 40-50% and their aim is to become the number 2 last-mile logistics business in the coming years.

Logistics is the core but not the only direction of the company. They are planning to become a one-stop-shop for small online merchants and e-commerce by offering online payment and marketing service in addition to last-mile logistics. The latter service is yet to be launched and developed and for this, we're looking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager in Vilnius.
