Job responsibilities:
Providing customer service through phone, e-mail in a timely and accurate manner;
Contacting suppliers, vendors and delivery companies by phone and email;
No cold calling or sales over the phone;
Ensuring that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly;
Managing orders in internal order management system and on different marketplaces;
Managing products data;
Being initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation.
Working schedule: Monday - Thursday From 16.00 till 01.00 , Friday 14:00 - 23:00.

Fluent speaking English (communication with native speakers, mainly USA);
Good communication skills;
Good computer skills;
Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
Fast learning and multitasking skills;

Taking initiative, willingness to get things done and take responsibility.
