VT HOLDING International Group of Companies, London, Great Britain | | fast growing beauty cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for INTERNATIONAL SALES & E-COMMERCE MANAGER to join our International Sales & E-commerce Development which represents T-LAB Professional NATURAL LUXURY COLLECTION worldwide |

Position based: VT Trade Europe UAB, Vilnius - company of the Group responsible for the international sales development and warehousing.

Key Markets: Great Britain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Poland, Baltic States, Eastern Europe, UAE, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, USA.

Your role will be:
Develop and execute Company’s sales & e-commerce activity to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness and acquire new customers in various markets worldwide in accordance to the Company’s business targets set.
  • In close cooperation with CEO, Sales and Marketing teams - develop, establish and implement the Company’s sales and e-commerce activity plan in accordance to Company’s business targets per market, country, type of retailer;
  • Manage and drive top online sales through all Company’s existing and new online resources;
  • Manage and drive sales via agreed most popular and influential internet stores, marketplaces selling cosmetics and natural products globally in different markets;
  • Manage and monitor all product content and merchandising in Company’s e-shop, distributor’s e-shops, marketplaces, other retailers e-stores are fulfilled according to Company’s established standards;
  • Prepare and plan email marketing in collaboration with the marketing team to drive sales and retain clients;
  • Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

Successful in delivering offline and online sales growth; able to analyze the e-commerce activity metrics reports and optimize it in order to continually improve sales and customer experience following and implementing e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
  • Practical experience in sales and e-commerce (preferably, international sales channels);
  • Demonstrated success in delivering online sales growth;
  • Follow industry trends and best practices and able to adapt them for sales growth;
  • E-commerce metrics analyses;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive approach to work;
  • High attention to details;
  • A team player willing to assist the team to achieve the desired results.
