I am Vaida Jurkoniene and I am leading Marketing Division at Telia Lietuva.

If you have passion for marketing and people – this is the role for you. We are looking for an ambitious, independent and action-oriented Head of Employer Marketing to help us tell our story. As an Employer Marketing Manager you’ll have a large degree of freedom and responsibility to own our brand, develop and execute a wide range of employer branding and marketing initiatives that will attract talents who fit our culture and can support our purpose. You will be responsible for the full strategy, project management and execution of all employer branding related activities.

This is the first role of its kind in the company. You should be excited to build it up from the ground, and be prepared to work independently. Highly experienced marketing professionals will support you in achieving your goals. You will work closely with HR, Communications and Telia Company Employer Brand team.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Develop and implement Telia Lithuania employer identity and recruitment marketing strategy
  • Work closely with HR to define and promote our employee value propositions
  • Analyze candidate journeys, address concerns and objections at scale
  • Develop and execute Employer Brand campaigns
  • Strategize, execute and optimize lead gen campaigns across a wide range of channels
  • Own our career page, create and maintain user friendly and informative content for ambitious jobseekers
  • Support hiring managers, contribute to engaging storytelling, job descriptions and creative supporting content
  • Generate and share recurring reports to monitor performance and recruitment marketing metrics
  • Budget planning and spending supervision will be in your hands
  • Stay on top of competition and trends, investigate new ways to attract highly skilled talent for critical roles


Your Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing positions, employer marketing roles would be an advantage
  • You’ll be working under minimal supervision, ability to lead and execute large scale projects with multiple stakeholders on your own is crucial
  • Possess a wide range of marketing tool kit
  • Experience in building and leading campaigns and projects from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Proven hands-on experience in content creation, messaging, event management
  • Basic understanding of landing page creation, SEO, conversion optimization
  • Analytical skills to experiment, track, and measure everything, willingness to fail and learn
  • Ability to connect with employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews
  • True interest in HR, recruiting, and employer branding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by results and getting things done
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, authentically and transparently
  • You’re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player

We offer a monthly base salary from 3000 Eur (gross) to 4500 Eur (gross), depending on your experience. Besides, for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
