Job Title: English-speaking Recruiter

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EEMEA

Location: Vilnius

Language Requirements: Fluent English & Lithuanian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial.

How will you make an impact?

Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Lithuania and the wider EEMEA region, including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.

This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.

What will you do?

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
  
• Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager.
  
• Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy.
  
• Proactively sourcing talent.
  
• Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates.
  
• Facilitating debrief meetings.
  
• Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers.
  
• Building Talent Pipelines.
  
• Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP.
  
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process.
  
• Participate in projects as needed.

How will you get here?

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  

Experience:

• Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function.
  
• Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc.
  
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities.
  
• Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  
• Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred).
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Problem solving and time management skills.
  
• The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills.

The annual minimum and maximum salary range is €23,800.00 to €31,700.00, respectively.

This translates to a monthly salary range of approximately €1,983.33 to €2,641.67 before taxes.
