Today we have unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant that will work directly with Chief Information Officer and Executive Board member for the Girteka Logistics.

In this position you will:

  • Work directly with the CIO (Chief Information Officer) by taking the responsibility of the administrative and coordination tasks, including management of the CIOs calendar, managing and coordinating information flow (mails, emails, calls), completing expense reports, maintaining routine paper and electronic filling, arranging business trips, business dinners and coordinating some of CIO events;
  • Organize and coordinate various meetings by managing the meeting agenda, taking notes, maintaining communication and following up on assigned actions and results, organizing various cross-department and cross-organization collaboration meetings, monthly and quarterly progress reviews, etc;
  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the CIO, provide support to the Leadership team as directed to ensure that CIO unit goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently;
  • Represent CIO by attending meetings in the CIO’s absence and act as full authority delegate within agreed responsibility levels;
  • Act as a point of contact between CIO, upper leadership, CIO Leadership team and colleagues on different issues, as well as liaising with internal and external management on various issues, projects and tasks;
  • Prepare and provide CIO with necessary materials and information before various meetings, events, conferences, workshops, etc.;
  • Analyze, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to CIO, including those of sensitive or confidential nature;
  • Work hand in hand with CIO and his leadership team to create formal and informal communication and presentations. Provide proactive support for various tasks and projects handled by the CIO and CIO Leadership team.

We believe you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative role reporting to board, executive or director level manager;
  • Strong time-management skills and the great ability to organize, coordinate and perform multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and helpfulness.
  • Ability to analyze information and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently and with professional discretion.
  • Great writing and verbal skills in both Lithuanian and English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

Base monthly salary: from €1345 to €2400 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
