Job description
- Installing Bystronic machines at customer sites: ready for start-up according the Bystronic requirements;
- Maintaining Bystronic machines at customer sites and repairing electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics;
- Completing and communicating required reports;
- Following and initiating quality improvements per ISO guidelines;
- Giving the customer technical advice if required;
- Assisting the customer with physical activities (such as loading/unloading equipment);
- Requesting spare parts from stock and the respective delivery to the customer;
- Assisting in the consultation of sales and service offers;
- Supporting the installation and operation of machines on fares and exhibitions;
- Being responsible for solving and tracking quality complaint;
- Any local & additional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings /schematics inde-pendently;
- Ability to differentiate between CNC / PLC, as well as to read/recognize and use the viewer soft-ware of those;
- Basic understanding of trouble shooting, IT/Software (DMS, CRM, LMS & Microsoft Windows), Safety, Mechanical Engineering.
- Good communication and spoken English skills.
