Job description
Our Client Telia Global Services Lithuania UAB is looking for a Financial Specialist to join their friendly team.
As part of TGSL finance team you would be responsible for accounting oversight in the Company and play an active role in financial processes of the Company.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As part of TGSL finance team you would be responsible for accounting oversight in the Company and play an active role in financial processes of the Company.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of accounting data for VAT reporting;
- Managing internal project time reporting process;
- Participate in monthly revenue estimation process and prepare information for invoicing of service revenue;
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances;
- Participate in controlling employees’ expenses claim process;
- Ensure integrity of accounting information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a junior accountant/bookkeeping;
- Great attention to details;
- Good with numbers and figures;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English;
- Self-leadership in your area of responsibility and ability work both in the team and individually;
- Proactivity;
- We see as an advantage if you have experience with SAP.
