Job description

Reporting to company's Global Head of Engineering Finance based in the US, the Financial Analyst will play a key role in developing reporting and analysis for our 3rd party providers and engineering capability globally.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support Local Finance manager who is supporting EMEA and Global finance team in for cost center and project reporting;
  • Download data from ERP/SAP and/or other data sources and prepare cost center and project reports;
  • Collect and consolidate various countries/regional financial data in Excel / Access;
  • Perform data analysis to produce quality reports;
Troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy and problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas;
  • Determine organizational structures and supervisory relationship;
  • Responsible for overall success of function or project within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas;
  • Convert large amount of data into reports and information for management.


  • Financial experience and/or knowledge of projects accounting (POC – percentage of completion);
  • Experience in financial analytics, reporting, data analysis is required;
  • Experience in SAP is desirable;
  • Experience in cost centre/department and project controlling;
  • Experience with manipulation and analysis of multiple large datasets, report preparations;
  • Experience in multicultural settings;
  • Detailed oriented to ensure quality reports and data;
  • Knowledge and Experience of US GAAP desirable;
  • Experience and knowledge of standard costing, labour rate calculations, overhead rate calculations and absorption concepts;
  • Strong and effective communication style to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees in various countries;
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting is required;
  • Fluent in English. Other language skills French, German, -Spanish or Italian are desirable.
