Responsibilities:
- Responsibility over tasks related to the THECA group monthly closing procedures, reports and consolidations according group reporting requirements.
- Analysis of THECA group financial data (e.g. revenues, costs, profitability and other) and preparation of reports about group or separate companies performance for the management team or other responsible in the organization.
- Pro-actively and effectively communicate with THECA management team, discussing and supporting different parts of the organization with accounting, reporting and related questions.
- Maintain and evaluate internal controls. Support THECA management team by monitoring the key business and financial figures and analyzing the monthly results compared to budget.
- Analyze and identify financial risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Experience in financial controlling, consolidations, financial reporting (at least 2 years).
- Experience in work with BI tools ( e.g. Qlik Sense).
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent Excel skills.
