Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial monitoring and reporting system.
  • Prepare regular management reports, analyze data and provide insights to the management and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting process, ensure sufficient challenging and timely submission.
  • Suggest and establish KPIs in various business functions, develop tracking system and improvement measures.
  • Provide alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Cooperate with employees from other departments and external parties on various business matters relating to finance and accounting.
  • Assess investments into new projects/businesses and set up measures for monitoring their subsequent implementation.
  • Build various finance models to assess and control financial performance.
  • Lead business risks identification and mitigation process.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

Our expectations:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance control or related finance management functions.
  • Experience in developing finance control and reporting system.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting principles.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Diligent, responsible, initiative and keen on cooperation, analytical and critical thinking.
  • Advanced in MS Excel.
