Financial Crime Junior Analyst

You will join our financial crime team learning the basics of the financial services environment, core business behaviours and understanding how we support our clients. You’ll be working in a fast paced role learning practical skills every day.

The programme sharpens your skills through on the job and classroom-based training. Within 9 months you’ll be certified with the ICA (International Compliance Association) and operating as a Financial Crime Analyst.

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.

You’ll be analytical, value collaboration and engage naturally with your colleagues and our clients. You’ll also have the courage to ask difficult questions while still ensuring the highest level of integrity.

Essential

• Relevant Financial Services experience
  
• Very good communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal (Level C1)
  
• Passion to help fight Financial Crime
  
• Advanced research and business writing skills
  
• Drive and enthusiasm
  
• Openness to learning
  

Nice to have:

• Relevant degree e.g. Law, Criminology, Economics
  
• Knowledge of working within banking
