What you will do:
- Communicate with company clients via email;
- Handle cash and cash register documents;
- Perform cash deposit/withdrawal operations;
- Conduct operations with precious metals in trading;
- Consult clients in the fields of e-commerce and financial services;
- Introduce existing and potential clients to new company services;
- Contribute to other tasks assigned by the manager related to client service department activities;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we expect:
- Experience in handling cash transactions;
- Experience in customer service;
- Responsibility and an impeccable reputation;
- Good computer skills;
- Education in the financial field (an advantage);
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English languages;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
