Job description

The main goal for employees at ISEC Secura Back Office is to perform daily valuations of mutual funds and the administration involved.

Overall work tasks for employees at Secura Back Office
As a member of the team you will handle the settlement process, dealing with counterparties and fund managers on a daily basis. We are also responsible for monitoring and booking corporate action events into our client’s portfolios. Reconciliations of cash accounts and securities with different custodians is a recurring process.

Oftentimes the workload can be demanding which is why we believe you are thorough, quality-conscious, able to stand stress and solution-oriented. Ideally, you will have previous settlement and/or corporate actions experience, however this is by no means essential.

• Reconciliation
• Monitoring accrued expenses and incomes
• Quality Control

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in economics/finance/accounting
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
• Very good communication skills, positive attitude
• Initiative, efficiency, attention to details, responsibility, analytical thinking
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a tight deadlines environment
