7marketz EMEA UAB is a local representative branch of an intermediate global FinTech Holding. As part of our growing global operations, we are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our subsidiary on the long-term basis. We welcome innovative and professionals, who are passionate about their work and have demonstrated the right skills and work ethic to succeed in our entrepreneurial environment.

The Junior Sales Representative position encompasses a full time employment. The in-house Sales Representative will be working from our office in Vilnius, and needs to be proficient in English. The candidate will receive training from the holding company through online tools. The Junior Sales Representative will be subject to a trial period of three-months.

Requirements

Competences
  • Excellent communicator through spoken and written channels.
  • Proficient in client and account management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a structured manner;
  • Good team player that is able to work in an international team;
  • Self-driven professional, whom works independently with minimal supervision from supervisors and deliver high quality output;
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with keeping structure
  • Confident to take initiatives and plan out action plans.

Education
(This would be considered as plus):
University degree or equivalent qualification in finance, Sales & Business management, economics, communications, public relations, international relations, social sciences, or related fields.

Experience
  • Preference goes out to candidates with at least six months to five years of experience in Sales, Forex or other Financial Markets. Relevant internships will be acknowledged. Alongside, unexperienced candidates are also considered;
  • Basic understanding of the FinTech market participants and key players;
  • Encompass experience of sales outreach, CRM and PM tools;
  • Experienced in sales reporting creation, business development and presenting.

English Language Skills
  • Fluency in ENG speaking;
  • Excellent ENG writing skills.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus, due to expansion of the operations globally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage new and existing client relationships of the holding within the entrusted regions, along with clerical/administrative sales tasks.
  • Identify potential clients and execute sales outreach to the relevant operational fields of the holding.
  • Processing sales results through reports and presentations to the management.
  • Responsibility for the fulfilment of personal sales plans.
  • The Junior Sales Representative will also be responsible for building its network by communicating with firms, institutions and signing up partners.
