About the Group Administrative Assistant Role:

As part of an experienced legal team providing top quality legal support to Citco companies worldwide, the Group Administrative Assistant works closely with the Group Legal Team under the supervision of senior colleagues. The Group Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for administrative support tasks related to the Group Viewpoint corporate database. The Group Administrative Assistant performs tasks associated with corporate recordkeeping and ensuring that the most up-to-date company information is entered into the Viewpoint database. Strong attention to detail and the ability to reinforce set procedures will be paramount for success in the role.


Group Administrative Assistant Role Job Duties in Brief:
  • Assist with the maintenance of the corporate database for group companies (subsidiaries) in compliance with corporate governance rules;
  • Review the corporate documentation received from Citco entities and update their records in the corporate database including storing the relevant documents;
  • Coordinate the execution of intercompany agreements and corporate documents and provide fully signed copies to the relevant Citco companies;
  • Assist with the preparation of various legal documents based on template legal documents;
  • Assist with the business testing of databases.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in multinational environment is advantage;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work;
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, being an enthusiastic team player;
  • Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, - PowerPoint and Visio;
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
