Job Description

Baltic Assist, fast growing, forward thinking and dynamic organization, are now searching for an experienced and professional Account Manager- Director. As an account director, you will manage the entire accounting service department of over 40 professionals, ensure that quality standards, ensure delivery, control the occupancy of resources encourage new business, and oversee growth of the department.
If you have strong leadership and negotiation skills, with experience in managing teams and clients, you would be an ideal candidate for us. You will be the main contact person for our clients and the main leader to strategically plan accountant department workload, future growth, and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Create accounting department strategy, long-term and short-term goals, and objectives
  • Manage international client’s portfolio
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, by seeking feedback and creating more efficient ways of working
  • Lead and motivate team of professionals to exceed expected goals
  • Set up regular team meetings and updates to the team
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, campaigns
  • Conduct yearly performance reviews, evaluate employee performance, and development needs
  • Present reports on account progress to the board and shareholders
  • Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing an accounting department
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • Five (5) years or more of relevant experience as an account manager, director, working with international clients
  • Up to date on latest accounting industry trends, able to articulate trends to the team
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of clientele and superior customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Able to analyse problems and strategically solve them
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients, management and staff.
