This is a full-time hybrid role located in Vilnius with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, managing customer accounts, and using analytical skills to improve processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Support, Satisfaction and Retention
Experience with Intercom and SumSub systems
Analytical Skills for identifying areas of improvement and implementing plans for optimizing processes
Communication skills for building relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and executives
Experience in the banking or financial services industry a plus
A strong passion for cryptocurrencies and familiarity with emerging trends in the crypto-economy
Experience and willingness to work in a bustling startup, start to do things hands-on, grow process maturity and team.
