To support this vision we are looking for an ambitious leader with the “going extra mile & hands on” attitude to take care of customer support and operations in the markets of Germany and Austria If you have a strategy how to conquer a bigger share of these markets and increase sales via e-shop channel – we need you!

  • Manage 2 e-shops via campaigns, pricing, changes in assortment;
  • Manage the daily running of the team, including sourcing any systems, tools and equipment, effective resource planning and applying sales strategies and operations;
  • Ensure that customer care team is implementing the brand tone of voice and is delivering a consistent and trusted brand experience at every single touchpoint on the customer journey;
  • Ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is of the highest;
  • Implement new ideas on how to reach better customer experience and grow sales;
  • Regularly report to key stakeholders and the rest of the business on team KPIs and enhancements and deliver quarterly reviews to Management;
  • Contribute to the new staff recruitment, provide mentoring and training.


  • Working experience in e-commerce or knowledge how to achieve an exceptional customer service;
  • Good German language skills;
  • Energy and enthusiasm for taking a lead role;
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision making, result-oriented skills;
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership in a team and strategy development while being a hands-on manager;
  • Knowledge of DE/AT markets would be a big advantage.
