JOB CONTENTS:
- Plan, develop, and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
- Run recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Measure the effectiveness of our compensation & benefits programs and recommend improvements;
- Track and present key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates;
- Plan and present HR budgets;
- Manage internal communication projects;
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience across the full range of human resources functions;
- Experience in people leadership;
- Budget management experience;
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations;
- Excellent communication and superior interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented and good problem-solver;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English skills;
