Job description

1. Recruit, train, and coach sales team.

2. Backfilling and helping. Helping your team to close deals, not doing it for them. Getting hands-on when needed, or in big deals. Spotting issues before they blow up. Seeing opportunities ahead of the horizon.

3. Sales tactics. Training, onboarding, assigning territories, quotas, compensation. How to compete. Pitch scripts. Segmenting customers. Reports.

4. Sales strategy. Markets to expand. Bottleneck identification. Time and money distribution.

5. Creating and selling deals themselves. Only selected deals, to set a sample, but spend very little time.

Requirements

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* The ability to motivate and lead a team
* Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication skills
* Good planning and organisational skills
* The ability to work calmly under pressure
