Job description

Ruptela is looking for HR administrator to join our driven HR team.

As Ruptela, we provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources and environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. No challenge is too big – in many cases our clients face complex business problems, this gives our employees an opportunity to participate in interesting projects and face many challenges.

Your key roles will be:

  • Organizing and maintaining HR and administration documents;
  • Updating internal HR databases;
  • Managing the process of new and current employees (e.g., hiring, offboarding);
  • Advising employees on labor law and labor relations;
  • Participation in other HR projects and activities;
  • Other tasks related to HR processes.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in HR field;
  • University degree in HR Management, Business administration or other relevant degree;
  • Thorough knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, GDPR and other legislations governing personnel management;
  • Full professional proficiency in English language;
  • Strong computer literacy skills (experience working with Dokobit, Open ERP, CakeHR will be considered as an advantage);
  • Accuracy, responsibility, ownership;
  • Willingness to learn.

The salary range for this position is from €1200 (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one's qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
