Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, implementing, and updating HR Administration & Payroll processes in the company in cooperation with an external partner
  • Preparing job contracts, contract changes, terminations, and other necessary documentation, and ensuring its quality archiving
  • Submitting additional payments data for payroll partner, checking payroll calculations
  • Monitoring costs related with Administration & Payroll external services, and taking actions to optimize it
  • Preparing and analyzing HR related reports
  • Participating in company’s yearly salary review process
  • Consulting Store and Area Managers on Labour Law questions, when necessary, with the support of external lawyers
  • Creating, implementing, and updating organization’s Internal Rules & Procedures
  • Creating HR related content, updating it in the internal company process database
  • Regularly leading training modules for Store Managers on the Working time Management & HR administration topics

If you have at least:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Great communication skills
