HR Assistant / Administrator

MAIN Assistant HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Assistant / Administrator's main task is to assist HR Manager and Recruiter in documentation processing, Vacancy job posting, document control, assisting in travel coordination for the crew, and learning specialties of crewing business in order to grow in career.

• To be efficient and proactive in all delegated tasks by HR Manager/ Recruiter or Management; Assist on search and selection of marine personnel, evaluation of candidates
  
• work with the available candidates: providing with information and instructions
  
• completing and submitting documentation related to employment of confirmed candidates
  
• work with the Designated partners: business communication and follow up

PREFERRED ABILITIES:

• Good communicational skills, the ability to understand detailed information; attention to details, able to understand and solve problems in a dynamic environment
  
• Teamwork and understanding the importance of Teamwork;
  
• Knowledge of Maritime industry regulations and standards is big advantage;
  
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  
• Positive attitude and proactive behavior;
  
• Good ability to work under flexible time schedules and manage different databases;
  
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
