Job description
The new HR Business Partner will be responsible for the HR processes in the new company’s plant in Klaipeda, Lithuania. You will be working in a green field project with the knowledge transfer from our plant in Austria. Your main responsibilities will include: recruitment and selection of staff, onboarding, training and development, project management. You will be reporting to HR Head Poland and Baltics with dotted line to Plant Manager.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role
- Experience in recruiting and training
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently, being well-organised
- Project management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in mid-size manufacturing company
- Blue collar recruitment experience
- Experience in payroll management and understanding Lithuanian labor law
- German language proficiency
