We are looking for our new HR Coordinator to support the Director of Human Resources in people-related responsibilities and challenges. This role is responsible for the legal compliance of the hotel administrative, industry-related regulations and compensation & benefits. You will directly manage one person in the team.

Tasks:
  • Responsible for the administration of all HR administrative requirements (employment contracts, amendments, dismissal of employees, correspondence, office stationary, Hygiene and Safety in the Department; coordination of foreign employee affairs, compensation & benefits etc.).
  • Ensure administrative documents and software in use at the HR Office are well maintain and in full compliance with the Law & other administrative regulations.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organisation systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Transmit confidential information or documents using electronic and non-electronic means.
  • Provide HR input to the business plan of the hotel and control the HR components of this plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources to prepare the HR Budget for input into the overall hotel budget.
  • Ensure that the hotel’s HR-related policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved. Participate in the creation of HR SOPs.
  • Regularly visits Migration Department & Labour Exchange
  • Responsible to ensure the HR Dept. operates in compliance with the Labour Code.
  • Ensure performance management is conducted in the property.
  • Maintain full records (personnel files) of each person’s employment history, both online and in paper form, and ensure the data is up-to-date and kept confidential.
  • Monitor employee incentive bonus schemes.
  • Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with employee representatives. Engage with employees and do his/her utmost to ensure they are satisfied. Display a genuine helpful attitude and smile.
  • Solicit Associate, utilise an "open door" policy and reviews Associates comments and concerns to identify and address them.
  • Ensure Associates are treated fairly & equitably. Strive to increase retention.
  • Ensure employee grievances, disciplinary procedures are monitored and treated as per Company policy.
  • Ensure that the hotel is effectively using the computer system purchased for Human Resource administration, including the Management Information and reporting capability of the product.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of data generated by HR (personnel details).
  • Monthly check of timesheets.
  • Supervise and coordinate all matters regarding staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding Company or personnel matters. Protect company assets.
  • May move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 kilogrammes without assistance.
  • Ensure rules and instructions for safety and health at work, fire protection and sanitary-hygiene requirements are met in the HR Department.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the administration of an HR Office
Experience in visa application and residence for foreign workers.
Administration of wages preferred
Strong in audits
Fluency English & Russian
