Would you like to work in a global HR organization? We are now looking for a HR Delivery Specialist to temporary based employment to join our HR Department at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

You will belong to the unit which works with SEB employees globally, supporting our staff with compensation and workforce related questions and performing HR administrative tasks. You will work in an environment that encourages proactivity, independency and self-reliance without not forgetting collaboration with other specialists. We will offer you an interesting position in an international environment with opportunity to work with colleagues from different countries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of various Workforce processes: job add publishing, candidate screening; preparation of employment contract and registering accordingly to internal HR systems; taking care of any employment changes (manager’s, position, department changes, etc.); registration of employee termination and making sure that all systems and documents are updated
  • Creation of analytical reports/extracting reports
  • Correct data input in various HR internal systems
  • Information seeking and problem solving as you will also answer HR related questions from employees.

  • A team player and have a positive and open-minded personality
  • Customer orientated, self-driven and easy to communicate with
  • Accurate and attentive to details
  • Good in English as it will be your working language
  • Good in MS Excel and willing to learn new things
  • Able to organize and monitor task in a way that makes our processes more efficient.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 EUR - 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
