If You have:

  • Experience with HCM cloud solutions could be considered as advantaged;
  • Good knowledge of Lithuania labor legislation and awareness of HR processes;
  • University degree in a related discipline;
  • Good English and Lithuanian language skills;
  • Analytical thinking and accuracy skills;
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to travel within Baltic countries.

We will entrust you:
  • Maintain knowledge (expertise) of HR system functionality, HR business processes and labor legislation requirements in Lithuania;
  • Constantly monitor HR system performance from business side (functionality, workflows, data quality and consistency etc.), take actions if necessary;
  • Describe business requirements for new HR IT solutions;
  • Perform system acceptance testing;
  • Provide support to HR system end users, solve or assign to respective IT specialists;
  • Provide trainings, prepare training materials and work instructions for end users;
  • Act as local ambassador for new HR IS projects and initiatives, ensure active and positive communication with all stakeholders.
