HR Manager / Office Administrator

Job description

The HR Manager is expected to create the human capital strategy that will support all staff in realizing their wildest ambitions. As part of our culture, you'll also have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with key business leaders to get things done on a variety of HR & talent areas.

The HR Manager will also have office administration duties. This will require resolving every day office issues and managing the administrative tasks of our office in Vilnius. You like lending a hand to whatever needs doing at the time, and a great team worker able to communicate to and with everyone.

Maintain “hands on” responsibility for the Human Resources functional area;
Directly dealing with salaries, compensation and benefits / vacation administration of employees;
Working with our accounting team to make sure monthly payments are completed;
Responsible for the interpretation and application of Human Resources policies, recommending changes and monitoring compliance;
Provide leadership, vision, and development to plant staff through training, coaching, and mentoring;
Manage insurance and benefits program administration;
Coordinate performance management and salary review processes;
Effectively lead the HR team and HR administration;
Direct day-to-day oversight of our office needs inclusive of working with our accounting team to make sure all office invoices are paid and the office runs smoothly.
You could be an experienced HR manager or looking for your first step up to a more generalist role, we are looking for people who have the drive and ambition to introduce HR support into a well established yet fast paced and growing business.


Qualifications needed:
Minimum of four (4) years of management experience in an equivalent HR role with an international company;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience dealing with salary and benefits compensation & administration;
Experience recruiting staff in a high-tech environment;
Experienced conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills;
Strong team orientation;
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization;
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality;
Ability to work off shifts as necessary;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to multitask.
