You will be responsible for:

  • implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • supporting current and future business needs through the development and motivation of employees;
  • monitoring and improving overall HR strategies, systems, procedures;
  • building a positive working environment;
  • assisting the Head of HR in overseeing and managing the performance management system and other projects;
  • maintaining and improving the benefits program;
  • providing decision support through HR metrics;
  • managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
  • ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management;
  • coaching HR Team members.

From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:

  • 3+ years experience as HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an international environment;
  • people-oriented and result-driven;
  • excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation;
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills;
  • in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • proven experience with Human Resources metrics;
  • fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • coaching and mentoring experience would be an advantage.
