About the job:
Our HR team is expanding and we are looking for a Lithuania-based HR Specialist for administrative part to join our team in our Vilnius office.
About Paysera:
Paysera is a Lithuanian-born fintech company working internationally. Its products and services include payment cards, money collection in e-shops, currency conversion, a finance management app, an event ticketing system, and much more.

Job description:

  • Administration of personnel documents (admissions, dismissals, absences, etc.);
  • Company's internal communication about personnel changes;
  • Work with VDI, Migration Service, other State institutions; providing the necessary information;
  • Preparation of necessary reports;
  • Assist the HR team with other project support as required.

What we expect:

  • Understanding of HR functions and experience of HR documentation processes;
  • People-oriented, a can-do and result-driven approach;
  • Ability to build and effectively manage relationships;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational  skills, open-minded critical and creative thinker, eager to learn, and a great team player;
  • English language skills, both verbal and written, Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage.

From 1928 €/mon. gross
The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competence.
