Job description

To support the local HR Manager with establishment of the production site we need an experienced HR Assistant who can contribute to hire in the right employees from the very beginning.
You will strive hard to find the right employees for the production of world class doors & windows and especially with experience with hiring in blue collar workers to production units.
You are a curious person with personal ambitions for working in an international environment with great opportunities.
Together with your HR colleagues you will develop the Lithuanian HR function through a solid HR performance where personal engagement will be key to fulfil our ambitions and thereby our overall company goals.
You will get to work close together with, Line Managers and HR colleagues from the entire DOVISTA Group. Furthermore you will be representing DOVISTA as our face towards the local environment where we strive to be known as a serious company with proud quality traditions and a model company towards our employees and surroundings.
You will be part of an interesting organization with different nationalities and cultures, where you will experience the strength of organized knowledge sharing and a strong performance culture.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Recruitment of white and blue-collar employees.
  • Retainment of employees.
  • Execution of local HR policies.
  • Sparring with the employees.
  • Responsible for executing HR assignments.
  • Participation in HR projects in Window Village II.


You will come with a relevant background from a similar production company, where you could have long term experiences with the full HR package. You can document good results with hiring blue-collar workers for production units and you have a relevant educational background for the position. It would be a great advantage if you have experiences from an international production company with a high number of blue-collar workers.
Experience from a Scandinavian production company will be an advantage due to our strong company culture. From your background you understand working with performance management.

Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience.
  • Relevant HR education.
  • Good English skills both oral and written.
  • Have a basic knowledge of Lithuanian employee law & legislation.
  • Have a big drive and engagement to help building up a strong organization with a strong culture
  • Open-minded towards cultural differences.

To strengthen our strategic position it is time to build up a new production facility (Window Village II) which is being built up in Majampole in Lithuania. The Production site will be build up in a number of steps and will, when it is fully established, have more than 2.000 employees.
The establishment of the site has already started and to support the process we are looking for employees to fill in some of the key positions within the following month.
